4th RES Users' Conference

The aim of this event was to disseminate the results obtained by the various research groups in each of the areas covered (Biology and Life Sciences; Astronomy and Earth Sciences; Physics and Engineering; and Chemistry and Materials Science), made possible by the supercomputing hours granted by the Access Committee within the RES framework, coordinated through the BSC-CNS. The Access Committee and its operation were also presented. In addition, special attention was given to the Users’ Committee, which explained its procedures and enabled attendee participation in a round table that helped identify proposals for improving its functioning.
